Podcast EDF012: “AFTERSHOCKS” by Alexander Burns, read by M.Sherlock
“Aftershocks” was originally published in EDF on May 22, 2008, and is included in The Best of Every Day Fiction 2008.
Alex Burns is hoping someone from the UK will tell him how to pronounce Paderau, because he’s totally fallen in love with the name but is afraid he’s saying it wrong. This was his second story at Every Day Fiction.
M.Sherlock is a London-based musician and author, currently playing bass for British metal band Storm The Gates.

Paderau is pronounced pad-er-eye. It’s not used as a name in Wales.
